One local team for internal systems and customer-facing digital tools.

Bemis was started by Kevin Pudlo and Riley Thomas to give local companies a single team that can handle both internal office networks and complex web engineering. Instead of dealing with separate IT contractors and web agencies, Bemis Tech provides everything from server security to custom application development.

Kevin Pudlo

Web engineering and application development

Kevin runs the web engineering side of the business. He has spent six years writing custom plugins, managing database migrations, and building front-end and back-end architectures for business websites.

Kevin holds a master's degree in Information Technology (Web Applications) from SUNY Empire State College. His background includes building custom utilities for high-traffic media sites and a thirteen-year tenure at Stewart's Shops, where he managed a department supply chain of over 1,000 parts and built custom database analysis tools. He is a marathon runner and a strategy board game enthusiast.

Riley Thomas

Network infrastructure, systems administration, and cybersecurity

Riley manages the network infrastructure, systems administration, and cybersecurity side of the firm. He Has served as the IT Manager at The Fort William Henry Hotel in Lake George, where he handled the property networks and coordinated technical support.

Before pivoting fully into corporate IT management, Riley worked as a systems integrator and controls engineer for RASP Inc. That role required designing electrical schematics, writing PLC code, and developing applications in VB.NET. He holds a computer science degree from Finger Lakes Community College and is finishing his bachelor's degree in Cyber Security through Western Governors University.
